The numbers keep riding but the rate has slowed. The Notice of  Trustee (NTS) is where most of the activity is occuring. In West Bellevue there was 5 new NTS in this week alone. The overall rate of the distressed inventory increase appears to be slowing. The number of bank owned homes are down a little and in East Bellevue there actually was a small overall decline in distressed inventory.
